We believe that the employees are the most important resources available for provision of a health service that meets the health care needs of the patients, whilst being sensitive to the client’s wishes. Towards the fulfillment of this belief, The Recruiting Department will work in close cooperation with all service managers to ensure:

* The provision of expert and up-to-date advise, interpretation and support of management of the people
* Provide usable and meaningful information regarding manpower availability
* Provide expert recruitment supports for all users departments
* Provide advise and support application for job evaluation
* Ensure consistent implementation of remuneration and benefits policies in line with the Program needs
